• Day 01:- Delhi to Manali (570 KMS/12-14 HRS) by cab on the Way kullu valley sightseeing
• Day 02:- Solang Valley SightSeeing. Optional tour of Atal tunnel/Rohtang Pass (if open for tourists) @ extra cost (directly payable on the spot).
• Day 03:- Manali Local Sight Seeing
• Day 04:- Manali to Delhi (570 KMS/12-14 HOURS)

Booking Confirmation

You have to pay a deposit to us at the time of booking of at least 50% amount of total package cost as advance payment of your selected tour arrangements in our Account given below. We will then invoice you for the remainder of the cost due before you tour, which you must pay not later than 2 days before departure or you can pay at the time of arrival by cash or online.
If we accept your booking, we will issue a Confirmation voucher. A contract will exist between us from the date we issue the Confirmation voucher or if you book within 7 days of departure date the contract will exist when we accept your deposit payment. When you receive the Confirmation voucher please check the details carefully and inform us immediately if anything is incorrect. Names on travel documents must exactly match those in your passports or in other identity Proof documents.

Cancellation & Refunds

If the Client is willing to amend or cancel his/her booking because of whatsoever reasons including death, accident, illness, or any other personal reasons including non-payment of the balance payment, the Company is liable to recover Cancellation charges from the Client. All cancellations are to be communicated in written and the advance amount is non-refundable, besides the forfeiture of the deposit amount of the tour, a further charge will be levied as follows:-

• 30 days prior to departure of the tour, the token advance amount is non-refundable, the advance will be charged.
• 30 days to 20 days prior to departure of the tour 50% of total tour cost.
• 20 days to 10 days prior to departure of the tour 75% of total tour cost.
• 10 days to 01 days prior to departure of the tour 100% of total tour cost.

Important Notes to Travelers

• Hotel Check-in/Check-out Time as per hotel Policies. Standard check-in/check-out time is 12:00 noon.
• Early check-in/late check-out subject to room availability and will be chargeable as per hotel policy.
• Meals Timings must be followed as per instruction is given by the hotels.
• Star Categorization of hotels in Himachal Pradesh are categorized on the basis of  location, services, facility and costing and not as per star categorization i.e 1*2*3* and so on used in the Metro cities
• Cab AC will work only in plain roads not in hill areas. AC will be switched off on hill roads.
• Any cost arising due to natural calamities like, landslides, road blockage, Snowfall, political disturbances (strikes), etc (to be paid by the client/traveler, which is directly payable on the spot).
• If there is heavy snow in Shimla/Manali/Dalhousie then our cab will take you to the easily accessible points of sightseeing until our cab can go there. If you book local taxi (4×4) then that will cost you extra and will be directly payable on the spot.
• Any cost arising due to flight/train delay or cancellation will be extra. Also change of itinerary will depend on room availability at hotels (extra charges may apply).
• In case of any change in pick-up and drop point due to unavoidable reasons specially in Volvo packages extra cost will be applicable and to be paid by traveler on the spot.
• Customers must carry the tour itinerary, Hotel vouchers, cab details, valid id proof of all the travelers.
